Technologia Split Nozzle™

A professional spray gun developed specifically for UV-curing primers and light-activated materials. The internal nozzle design produces an extremely fine and even atomisation right at the outlet, allowing controlled, thin coats that cure rapidly under UV light and are ready for sanding almost immediately.

The optimised air path delivers a stable, predictable spray pattern even at lower working pressures. The fan is flat and uniform, ensuring smooth coverage without runs or excessive material build-up.

All critical areas are shielded from UV exposure. The dark air cap limits light access around the nozzle, reducing the risk of premature curing and keeping the tip cleaner during extended use.

A dedicated opaque UV-blocking cup protects the primer from daylight and workshop lighting, preventing unwanted thickening or hardening inside the container and maintaining consistent spraying properties throughout the job.

An additional front protection cover safeguards the fluid tip area from accidental UV exposure, minimising clogging, cleaning time and maintenance interruptions during Smart Repair operations.

The result is a spray gun fully optimised for UV technology: faster curing, shorter processing times and highly repeatable, high-quality finishes.
